“Jason was extremely fast on arrival and on service. He came to my house late at night to help me open my garage door because I didn’t have my clicker. For it to have been so late he came to my house with such a friendly bubbly personality! With him keeping a friendly interaction he still was able to finish his task in a timely manner. He surely went over and beyond with his service. He knew I was having a bad day, so he supplied me with a free tool that will be way more convenient for me if this matter ever occurs again! “Well, this is the second time SW Garage Door saved us. The first time, I backed into the door (at 4:30 am), bent the door And knocked it completely off its tracks. Within an hour Jayson and Anthony were there and had the entire thing fixed and operational in less than an hour. They even repair the doo and knocked it completely off its tracks. Several months later, my spring breaks and I’m trapped again in the garage. I called Jason and he was there before we knew it and saved us again. What’s remarkable about this company is that, when you’re desperate and helpless, a lot of contractors take it advantage of the situation. But this company simply does not. They charged me exactly what they said they quoted over the phone no “extra charges” after they arrived. The door was fixed again within an hour. I see no other reason for anyone to call another garage door company other than Southwest Garage Door. They’re honest dependable always there when they say they will be I’d never overcharge or take advantage of the customer. I could really tell They honestly care about their customers and I would give them more cigars if I were able they honestly care about their customers and I would give them more cigars if I were able. “Great company, and Jason was awesome. He explained everything to me, and why I did or did not need something done. He did not try and upsell me either, but offered suggestions. He was honest and hardworking. Also he did everything that day in a matter of an hour, even though he just gave me the quote. There was no hidden fees and I was told upfront what the cost would be. They are also 24/7 and I had no issues when calling them at 4am to set up an appointment. I would 150% recommend this company to anyone. It's rare to find honest hard working people these days, and this company hits it right on the nail.

“We happened to have an incident with our garage door at about 8:45pm where it went completely off the track and broke. We didn’t want to leave our door open overnight, so we ended up calling Southwest Garage Door Service. They do 24 hour work and its a family business and conveniently were only located 5 minutes away, Jason literally got to us within 15 minutes of our call! He didn’t charge us any more for being later at night and he was great. He is definitely someone we felt like we could trust, was very informative and was honest. We got two new springs and all new rollers and he was in and out in under an hour. Great service, and now they have a customer for life!!
